The internet has provided the people of our age a change to do something grand, a chance that those who come before us never had the chance to do. It offers us new business, a voice, communication that almost has no limits plus other things which I really can not be bothered going into.
At any rate the Internet can offer those who are willing a new way of doing business, a new way to attract customers. You have a huge range of media from images, movies, sound interactive games and more that you can use to attract millions of potential customers or to keep current customers where they are.
I had always assumed then that if you were going to take your business online that you would do so because of the features that it offered you and your business. Not so that you could continue the same piss poor effort that your brick and mortar stores had already conducted during day to day business.

This is an australian website that allows to browse through listings of just about anything to do with real estate. So commercial, rentals, sales and so forth. For the purpose of this entry I am going to assume that you as I do would maily be looking at the rental section for people just looking for somewhere to live.
Now if I was a realestate and I was submitting my listings to THE INTERNET! I would attempt to at least upload more then oh I dont know….one picture! I mean come on, you have the ability to really reach people with this medium. If you want me to look at your crappy houses at least give me something other then a blurry outside shot of some shit house that probally looks nothing like the one that I am actually going to rent! Also what would be nice is if you could actually place the location marker for the house somewhere near the goddamn house.
Dont plant the marker next to some epic lake only to have me get there and find out that I am actually two doors down from a smelter and that the lake is actually just a chemical dump facility.

Completely agree with this.
I saw a bunch of listings a while back where they had just the real estate’s logo as the picture of the real estate! Utter crap.
Some places don’t even show you where the place is on the map because they don’t put the address in the listing.
At least they all have contact information such as “Call doug on blah blah blah for enquiries” – no email – great…
